01How long does installation and commissioning take?
The desktop inspection system (RX-310) typically takes 1–2 days for on-site installation. The inline system (RX-350) usually requires 3–5 business days due to production line integration and PLC connection. Engineers will create a detailed plan based on the actual production line.
02Which products and projects are supported?
LightRange Technology supports SOP vision inspection, vision inspection, 2D/2.5D/3D flash measurement, 3D scanning, vision sorting, dispensing machines, automation modules, riveting modules, welding equipment, laser marking machines and custom line integration.

All products come with a 12-month whole-machine warranty and the core AI inference module has a 24-month warranty. Free repair or replacement for product quality issues within the warranty period. 7×24 remote technical support available; key customers can sign annual maintenance agreements including periodic inspections.
