Product Introduction
The RX-350 is LightRange Technology inline inspection system, purpose-built for 100% online inspection on medium-to-large continuous production lines. Its modular multi-station architecture flexibly configures conveyor stations, turntable stations, flip stations, and more based on inspection requirements, achieving comprehensive multi-face, multi-feature workpiece inspection.

Supporting multiple AI smart cameras working in parallel with throughput up to 1000 pcs/min, its multi-actuator orchestration system manages robotic arms, air ejectors, PLC outputs, and servo pushers that automatically trigger based on detection results. Multi-category independent sorting routes workpieces with different defect types into separate collection bins.

It connects with existing production line PLCs, MES, and ERP systems via Modbus, MQTT, and EtherCAT protocols with real-time inspection data reporting for quality traceability. The all-steel frame structure with IP54 protection handles stamped parts, automotive components, fasteners, consumer electronics housings, and other workpieces in high-speed inline inspection. Projects can cover solution design, equipment manufacturing, on-site commissioning, and maintenance.
