Product Introduction
The RX-310 is LightRange Technology desktop inspection system, integrating vibratory auto-feeding, AI vision inspection, and air-blow sorting into a single benchtop unit. It fits stations that cannot undergo major line modifications but need stronger small-part appearance inspection capability.

The built-in professional vibratory feeder automatically aligns, separates, and orients parts into the inspection station—no manual placement needed. The integrated AI smart camera with professional lighting captures high-speed images and runs AI inference at up to 200 pcs/min throughput. The air-blow ejector immediately diverts NG parts into a reject bin after detection, with response time under 80ms.

Supporting Modbus/MQTT communication for MES integration with real-time inspection data upload. Recipe management enables quick switching between workpiece types—changeover only requires swapping the vibratory feeder tooling and selecting the corresponding recipe. The compact footprint under 1m² fits on workbenches or production line endpoints. Typical applications include 100% appearance inspection of screws, nuts, washers, O-rings, electronic components, and other small parts.

This product family includes multiple models separated by takt time, accuracy, structure, and deployment mode, so it can scale from a single station to full line integration.

Selection should start with part size, takt time, accuracy, interfaces, installation boundaries, application scenarios, and the key specification summary shown on this page.
