Product Introduction
SOP-200 is built for manual assembly, semi-automated assembly, and critical process verification. It is not just product appearance inspection; top/side cameras, station lighting, guidance HMI, and AI behavior models monitor whether the operator follows the standard work sequence.

The system recognizes actions such as picking, placing, scanning, tightening, dispensing, plugging, and verification, then checks for missed steps, wrong order, timeout, or incorrect tool use. After barcode scanning, it loads the corresponding SOP recipe and can lock the station or prompt rework on NG events.

Images or video snippets, AI judgements, operator identity, work order, material barcode, and timestamps can be stored for each step as traceability evidence. Typical use cases include 3C assembly, automotive parts, electronic modules, connectors, medical consumables, and critical assembly stations.
