Product Introduction

VS-600 is a universal platform for vision sorting. It can use bowl feeding, glass rotary disk, or conveyor feeding depending on part geometry, covering appearance, dimension, color, mixed-part, and orientation inspection.

The multi-camera and multi-lighting architecture supports top, bottom, side, and end-face inspection. NG parts can be routed to different bins by air blow, robot, flipper, or servo pusher.

Suitable for high-throughput 100% inspection and sorting of screws, nuts, O-rings, washers, MLCC, terminals, springs, and small stampings.
