The RX-230 is LightRange Technology multi-camera vision controller, supporting 4 GigE industrial cameras with simultaneous parallel inference. It enables multi-angle, multi-face, and multi-station inspection for complex detection scenarios and multi-station production lines.

Its built-in multi-actuator orchestration engine simultaneously manages air ejectors, robotic arms, servo pushers, PLC outputs, and other execution mechanisms, automatically triggering actions based on detection results. Supporting Modbus, MQTT, and EtherCAT protocols in parallel with 16 digital IO channels, it achieves deep integration with production line equipment.

Instant recipe switching compresses changeover time to under 2 minutes, purpose-built for high-mix low-volume flexible production. Built-in 32GB eMMC plus M.2 SSD expansion supports large-capacity local storage for inspection data and traceability. IP54 protection with under 20W power, reliably operating in inline QC, flexible lines, and multi-SKU shared line scenarios.
